Mark Pearlman
Mark is a business strategist, media and marketing executive, and non-profit activist with substantial expertise in financial management, business start-ups, media and marketing.
Mark is the co-founder with Professor John Longo of Intelligent Money (IM) which is a multimedia platform offering practical Financial Literacy education from Hall of Fame (HOF) investment professionals. Part of the IM strategy includes The +Club which is a High School Financial Literacy and Life Skills program targeted for the underserved communities with a recently completed pilot in Newark, New Jersey.
Mark Pearlman advised Harvest USA which is a subsidiary of Harvest Fund Management- a China-based Asset Management firms with $100+ Billion in AUM. To build their USA brand and market position, Pearlman assisted with business strategy, collaborative initiatives and marketing & communications activities.
Previously, Mark was Executive Vice President of Business Strategy at The MDE Group, a pioneering wealth management firm with more than $1.3 billion in assets under management. With MDE, Mark developed and launched Risk 3.0™, an innovative investment solution platform and a unique approach to risk.
Mark was part of the original executive team that launched the Fox News Channel under Roger Ailes. Previously, he held numerous management positions at CBS including Vice President, Business Development. He also helped build a Metromedia Company owned by John Kluge, where he held the position of Vice President, Market Strategy.
Having worked closely with many high profile organizations, Smart Design and McKinsey & Company, Mark has developed an out-of-the-box approach to business strategy in his Rethink Partners company that John Longo is also a partner. Rethink Partners is. developing and will manage the Intelligent Money platform.
Mark supports charitable causes through direct involvement with specific nonprofits. He is a former Chairman of the Children’s Museum of Manhattan and has funded and directed many Jewish community initiatives. Mark was also a Board member of the Annenberg Foundation initiative in New York City for the arts and education.
Mark is a graduate of Brandeis University and holds an MBA from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

For the past 40 years, David has generated extraordinary bottom line results as a highly successful, well-respected interpreneur and entrepreneur in the broadcasting business. David has set industry standards for programming innovation and sales success while developing some of the country's best talent and management.
Among his many accomplishments, he Co-Founded American Radio Systems which grew from a leading edge consolidator to publicly traded entity to the country’s 4th largest broadcaster and ultimately sold to CBS for the then record enterprise price of $2.6 billion dollars. As its Co-COO, he directly managed high performance major markets while immersed in all phases of acquisition, corporate decision-making and Board of Director related activities.
After the sale, David served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of CBS Radio where he had direct responsibility for over $400 million in revenue and over $170 million in cash flow while overseeing markets throughout the top 50 metros in the country.
David is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College and earned an MBA in Marketing/ Finance from the Boston University School of Management.
